caramel sauce!!



so..the first recipe that i like to share is CARAMEL SAUCE!!!

you can use this sauce as a cake glaze, eat it with ice cream and MANY MORE!

 so here is the recipe..

·         120g (4 oz) light brown sugar (5/8 cup)
·         120g (4 oz) butter (1/2 cup)
·         100ml cream or full cream milk


  1. melt the butter with low heat in a pot.. make sure its LOW HEAT!
  2. add the brown sugar and wait it to melt..make sure stir your butter + brown sugar every 2 minutes
  3. after your mixture melted, add cream or full cream milk it the butter + brow sugar mixture..add the cream or full cream a little bit at a time or your pot will turn to a VOLCANO!! stir it..
  4. after your caramel sauce is ready, let it cool and store it in a food container
P/S : you caramel sauce will be thicken when you store it in the refrigerator..dont worry because it will melt back into its original "shape" when you let it sit in room temp or heat it..
